We are looking for a passionate and motivated Bracelet Maker to join our dynamic team.

THE ROLE

Responsibilities

  • Manufacture the products while meeting the clients’ specifications: shape, size, quality, and desired details.
  • Master self-inspection to ensure product compliance.
  • Determine the appropriate leathers, textiles, reinforcements, and other materials for each product, taking into account their physical and aesthetic properties.
  • Collaboration with the production teams
  • Attachment of clasps or fasteners, and other operations to finalize the product.
  • Regular maintenance of tools and equipment used.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.
  • Ensure the quality and compliance of products according to company standards.

REQUIRED PROFILE

Qualifications

  • Good knowledge of materials used in bracelet manufacturing (leather, textiles, metal, etc.).
  • Ability to use specialized tools and machines to cut, prepare, assemble, sew, and glue the different components
  • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
  • Creative mindset and attention to detail.
  • Precision and organizational skills

  • Experience in leather or textile watch straps, or in leather goods, is preferred.
