We are looking for a passionate and motivated Bracelet Maker to join our dynamic team.

THE ROLE

Responsibilities

Manufacture the products while meeting the clients’ specifications: shape, size, quality, and desired details.
Master self-inspection to ensure product compliance.
Determine the appropriate leathers, textiles, reinforcements, and other materials for each product, taking into account their physical and aesthetic properties.
Collaboration with the production teams
Attachment of clasps or fasteners, and other operations to finalize the product.
Regular maintenance of tools and equipment used.
Participate in the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.
Ensure the quality and compliance of products according to company standards.

REQUIRED PROFILE

Qualifications

Good knowledge of materials used in bracelet manufacturing (leather, textiles, metal, etc.).
Ability to use specialized tools and machines to cut, prepare, assemble, sew, and glue the different components
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
Creative mindset and attention to detail.
Precision and organizational skills
Ability to integrate

Autonomy
Regular maintenance of tools and equipment used.
Experience in leather or textile watch straps, or in leather goods, is preferred.
